Twenty-eight teachers representing 17 counties across North Carolina traveled to Germany with Go Global NC in June 2017 for a leadership development program designed to help them bring the world to their classrooms. By visiting universities, public schools, cities, villages, and corporations, the delegation was able to see the country’s educational system, technological innovation, and renewable energy systems in practice and identify opportunities to implement those best practices in their schools and communities.
