Trish Martin

As Head of Product & Strategy for the Americas at Monstarlab, she brings with her extensive experience in product development, digital transformation consulting, product management, CX research and design, and business strategy across multiple industries.

Trish is known for identifying critical opportunities to innovate and for building high-impact products, services, and practices from incubation to scale. At Globant, she built and led the Business hacking practice where her team designed digital transformation programs that produced high customer and business value while optimizing process and culture within client organizations. As an expert facilitator and former teacher, Trish is known for designing collaborative engagements that foster innovation, creativity, and trust to co-create game-changing technology and data solutions with clients.

Prior to joining Globant, Trish served as Vice President of Product Management at The Achievement Network, a non-profit education consulting organization in Boston, MA, Director of Assessment Software Products at Measurement Incorporated in Durham, NC, and Education Research and Evaluation Consultant with the ClassScape Assessment Program at NC State University .Trish earned her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from East Carolina University, her master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from McDaniel College and her bachelor’s degree in Health Science & Secondary Education from Towson University.
