Manufacturing is truly a global enterprise for North Carolina, contributing to more than 90% of the state’s exports. In collaboration with NC State University, we are helping shine a light on advanced high-tech manufacturing in our state. Our Global Leaders Germany program has helped spark workforce training programs among schools and community colleges that prepare employees for high-value jobs in manufacturing.
